Work towards reaching your fitness goals with this 50-minute class! This 1 More Rep classic combines a variety of exercises that will work every muscle group, and your cardiovascular system. This is a bootcamp-style fitness class, without the bootcamp-style yelling! Rev up that metabolism by using barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, bodyweight and more.


On Wednesday mornings starting at 5:00 AM this 50-minute class will start every 30 minutes. We will also have a session on Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM. Fusion50 will fuse your energy systems with CLIMB and Strength Training. We combine 25 minutes of CLIMB followed by 25 minutes of Strength Training. We believe our hybrid class will be our most effective workout. Cardio following resistance training has been proven to be the most effective form of exercise by improving both energy efficiency and accelerating fat loss.

This workout is comprised of three equal parts. Upper body, lower body and a guided “RYDE” on the Rogue Echo bike.

Fight through a different kind of full-body workout. Develop your strength, power and cardio by throwing punches against resistance. You will use your legs, hips, glutes, core, obliques, back, shoulders, chest and arms. Oh yeah... we add six minutes of abs just for fun!


Our classic CLIMB class is 30 minutes of high intensity, non-stop climbing on the Versaclimber machine! Most machines give you some kind of momentum, but the Versaclimber gives you none, forcing you to do ALL the work. Your coach carefully crafts a playlist that will create the tempo, rhythm and routine of the class. You will leave our CLIMB studio having climbed between 1500-4000 feet!
